Luke Corbin was born in 1986 and grew up along the south-east surf coast of Australia.

He undertook secondary education at Kardinia International College in Bell Post Hill and completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts at La Trobe University, Bundoora. His academic background includes cinema studies, English studies, creative writing and logic.

Luke has worked in outdoor recreation, retail, hospitality, education and IT. His hobbies include traveling, listening to music, reading, writing, hiking, going to the cinema and riding motorcycles. He is passionate about great coffee, stimulating conversation and cheap food.

Luke lived in Vietnam in 2008 and is currently residing in China until January 2011, whereupon he shall return to Australia and complete an Honours programme.
